The food is really good. No complaints here. The reason I give them a 4/5 is because the portions got smaller.

Came here with my sister. It was my first time though. Food was good. Ordered the half roast duck too but it didn't have much meat on it and it was like 17 bucks. No complaints other than that. Service was great. He made sure we had everything we need and checked up on us several times. Glad I didn't have to wait on anyone to do their job for once.

The food was good, service was excellent because Jennifer went above and beyond to make sure that I received my order that the Uber driver messed up. I would definitely recommend anyone in the Plano area to shop with them. This is why I give this business 5 stars...

Excellent value for your money and great flavors all in one. You can't go wrong with the sweet and sour chicken, the beef flat noodle, and many more options here. You also probably won't be waiting long for your food, perhaps 15 minutes at most if it's not busy. If you want something particularly interesting, try any of the dishes from Szechuan. They have a different kind of spice from what one would normally think of as spicy.

Best Cantonese Cuisine in Plano. Been coming here for years, under the previous owners, and now even with new management the establishment still serves very high quality food. The Beef Flat Noodle, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and the Beef w/Broccoli and fried rice are a must! The ambiance is quiet, relaxing, and feels as if you are somewhere else for a while, I love it! My friend who's been to China says the food is consistent with what he had over there.

We occasionally crave roast duck noodle soup and we are trying out different places to get the dish and we were happy with 369. This was our second visit to 369 and we were very happy with the flavor of the roast duck, wonton, and the noodles! The texture of the noodles was good and the soup was very flavorful. Also the Chinese broccoli came out really good, with lots of fresh garlic flavor that we really enjoyed.

Place has better food and better service than the trendier newer places like bamboo house where their duck is just shy of $50 where you can get a whole duck here for $32 and service and food is just as good. Plus they use real chopsticks, not the cheap kind.

My family from NYC were visiting and they really wanted cantonese food. Found this place online and went to try. Food was delicious! We came here a total of 3 times in one week! Would definitely come again. Only thing is I would not recommend the sweet tea, it's not really sweet. Everything else has been really good! Extra points for: 1. having the menu in Chinese as well as English 2. having actual chopsticks when dining in instead of the take-out ones We never had an issue with the service. It was fine, wasn't amazing and wasn't terrible.

Rating this restaurant 4/5 because it's one of the few places near me that offer Chinese BBQ. The roasted duck I always has nice flavor and the BBQ pork is always tender and sweet. Some tips: if you like spicy ask for the chili oil! If offering online through door dash for pick up save yourself the up charge and call in for a pick up order over the phone. Fast and friendly service each time!
